Waybiller - Notice history

Normal operation of the Waybiller application has been restored.

We will continue investigating the root cause of the issue and are planning additional improvements to optimize database queries. We also plan to upgrade the database software to a newer version in order to improve system performance, reliability, and troubleshooting capabilities.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding!

We identified that the issue was caused by a database table related to accounting integrations, where outdated data had accumulated that the database's automatic maintenance process was unable to remove.

The problem had already started developing on Thursday, and due to the usual increase in workload on Monday, performance issues arose in the database, affecting the operation of the entire Waybiller application.

We began making the necessary changes to restore normal operation of the application.
